I definitely recommend keeping it handy especially in winter months where diseases become more widespread. Opening up the bottle and taking a sniff from time to time will suffice. Apart from that, using it locally is beneficial against diseases such as cystitis and candida, and it is a superb fly and insect repellent.

Before you eat or drink anything when you wake up in the morning, you can apply oil pulling, which is believed to clean liver daily, by taking one tablespoon of cold-pressed sesame oil, swishing it in your mouth for 3-5 minutes and spitting it out.
